MTMC Double Shell Fluid Chlorine Magnetic Pump

‍MTMC double shell liquid chlorine magnetic pump is suitable for media such as liquid chlorine, anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen chloride, liquid chlorine, chlorosilicon, iron hydride, methane hydride, carbon disulfide, and torches. Suitable for extracting media from kilns that cannot or cannot have a bottom opening, and extracting media from closed kilns.

The pump head is equipped with both single-stage and multi-stage European hydraulic models, and the multi-stage pump is equipped with two sets of hydraulic components. To ensure safety and prevent the pump from operating at very low or even zero flow, a minimum internal reflux can be set inside the pump.

Intrinsic safety design and comprehensive optimization upgrade: Adopting an inner and outer double-layer isolation sleeve sealing structure, it can achieve single-layer isolation sleeve leakage alarm, realize multiple safety protections, and can adopt an overall enclosed design as needed to ensure zero leakage of the medium under extreme conditions. The sealing element spacer sleeve is made of special forming process of Hastelloy alloy material, fully ensuring the sealing of the spacer sleeve, fully ensuring the corrosion resistance and pressure bearing of the spacer sleeve. The high-quality shadow drilling alloy is selected as the magnetic material, which is irreversible and has a magnetic temperature of 450 ℃, fully ensuring a service life of more than 20 years.

Sliding bearings are made of crystalline silicon carbide material, with a silicon carbide content greater than 99%. They have chemical stability, high strength, high toughness, high wear resistance, and are fully suitable for use in high-risk special media such as liquid chlorine.

Adopting self-lubricating and maintenance free rolling bearings to support the underwater transmission shaft.

Optional frequency converter can be equipped to regulate the operation of the pump, and safety facilities such as operation protectors and leakage pressure monitoring can be configured.
